Delivery

Mummy Cuddles aim to despatch your order within 2 working days of receiving it, providing your items are in stock, your address has been verified and payment has been approved. Once your order has been approved you will receive an email from us confirming your order, and you will then receive another email once your product(s) have been shipped. This email will contain your shipping reference number, which you will need in order to track your parcel.

Standard Delivery costs only £3.00 - No matter how large the parcel.
Mummy Cuddles standard method of delivery is via Royal Mail 1st class (signature required) which is normally delivered the next working day after your parcel has left our depot. Please bear in mind that Royal Mail does not guarantee these times, and once the parcel has left the Mummy Cuddles depot we cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from 3rd parties.
Please also note that parcels to more remote areas within the UK may take slightly longer to deliver by Royal Mail.

 Gift Wrapping:
£4.95 plus delivery costs
This service is available to all customers and will include your chosen gift, wrapped in tissue paper; your gift tag inserted (hand written with your words) then sealed in a cream coloured gift box and tied with satin ribbon. Please indicate at the checkout stage of your order whether you require this service.
